We generally request that appointments be made in advance to ensure that you’ll be able to have your pet cared for in a timely manner. Please make an appointment with us by clicking here or calling our office directly.
The exception to our appointment policy is in the case of emergencies, in which case no appointment is necessary. That said, call us ahead of time when you’re bringing your pet in for emergency care if possible. This will help ensure that we’re as ready as possible to receive and treat your pet when you arrive.
To keep all pets and owners safe and comfortable, we require all pets to be either leashed or kept in carriers while in the waiting room. Please behave respectfully and use common sense when it comes to interactions with other pets and their owners.
Payment is required at the time that veterinary services are rendered or products are purchased. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check when paying for services rendered. We also accept CareCredit® when paying for services or purchases.
Prescriptions can be refilled by emailing us at email@example.com, calling us at the office during regular business hours, or leaving a voicemail after hours on our refill request line. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for some prescription refills. This may occur if there are no more refills available on your pet's medication and the doctor has to approve additional refills.
We offer a range of Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Prescription diets designed to improve your pet’s nutrition or, in some cases, to help treat specific diseases, chronic conditions, or health issues. Ask our veterinary experts about specific prescription diets if you have questions.
